Welcome to 877be. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 877be ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 877be website, mobile interface, betting services, casino products and any associated features made available at 877be.cam.

877be is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform targeting Pakistani users. By accessing the platform, registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference such as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

877be operates under an international gaming licence. Current licensing details are available in the platform's official legal documentation. 877be does not claim authorisation from the Government of Pakistan, any provincial authority, the State Bank of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority or any Pakistani financial institution. Users are solely responsible for verifying whether online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction — including under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — before participating.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered profile created by a User on the 877be platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding any locked bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits credited to a User's Account subject to specific wagering and eligibility conditions.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a User on a sports market, casino game, live dealer event or instant game offered via the platform.
• "Cashier" means the deposit and withdrawal interface within a User's Account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by 877be or its designated verification provider.
• "Platform" means the 877be website, mobile interface, APIs and all associated gaming services accessible at 877be.cam.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or province where access to online gambling platforms is restricted, blocked or explicitly illegal under applicable law.
• "Sports Betting" means the activity of predicting sporting event outcomes — including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and esports — and placing a real-money wager on those predictions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

To register and maintain an active account on 877be, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or licence jurisdiction applicable to your location.
• You are accessing the platform of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly illegal.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent or close family member of 877be or any of its affiliated entities, unless explicit written approval has been granted.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, suspended or permanently banned from 877be or any associated platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party.
• You have not been diagnosed with or are not currently being treated for problem gambling, unless you have obtained clearance from a qualified health professional.

Registration on 877be constitutes a declaration under these Terms that you satisfy all eligibility requirements. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Each individual User may maintain only one (1) active account on the 877be platform. Duplicate or multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") are strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are identified, 877be reserves the right to merge, close or suspend all associated accounts and void any pending bets or bonus balances.

During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a valid contact number. You undertake to keep this information updated at all times via your account settings or by contacting support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 877be strongly recommends:

• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.
• Using a unique, strong password not shared with any other online service.
• Logging out fully after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Never sharing your login details with any third party.

877be will never contact you to request your password via email, live chat or any other channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately. 877be accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

877be supports a range of payment methods referenced as familiar Pakistan context including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and select cryptocurrency options (BTC, ETH, USDT). The availability of any specific method is subject to cashier confirmation at the time of transaction. Payment provider names are context references only and do not imply endorsement of gambling activity by those providers.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed in the Cashier at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your Balance following successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• 877be does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• You must only deposit funds from payment sources registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR or the applicable account currency and are subject to minimum and maximum limits per method.
• All withdrawals require completion of KYC verification prior to processing.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same method used for deposit wherever operationally possible.
• Processing times vary by method — typically between 24 and 72 hours for standard requests, subject to additional review periods where applicable.
• 877be reserves the right to conduct additional security and source-of-funds checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding PKR 25,000 in a single transaction or PKR 100,000 within any 30-day period.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement cannot be withdrawn and will not form part of any withdrawal calculation.

877be may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback schemes and tournament prizes to eligible Users. All promotions are subject to the specific terms displayed at the point of opt-in, which supplement and are read in conjunction with these general Terms.

The following general conditions apply to all 877be promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed in full before any withdrawal request can be approved. The applicable multiplier is stated in each offer's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino, table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage. Full contribution tables are available in the individual offer terms.
• Time Limits: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be met within the period specified in the offer. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Minimum Odds: Sports betting offers may require minimum qualifying odds, which will be specified at the point of opt-in.
• One Bonus Per Household: Promotions are limited to one per household, IP address and payment method, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Abuse Prevention: 877be reserves the right to withhold, void or reverse bonus credits where evidence of bonus abuse, systematic exploitation or breach of these Terms is identified.

877be reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn, any qualifying wagering activity completed before the withdrawal date will be honoured in accordance with the offer terms valid at that time.

All sports betting activity on 877be — covering Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC, esports and all other available markets — is governed by the following general rules in addition to sport-specific rules available within the relevant betting section of the platform.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed and binding once you have received an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Bets not confirmed in this way are not valid.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet, per market and per event are displayed at the point of bet placement. 877be may adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. Where odds change between your selection and final confirmation, you will be presented with the revised price before the bet is accepted.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play bets are accepted subject to network latency and real-time data availability. 877be reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time and to void bets placed after an in-play event has concluded where late acceptance is identified.
• Void Bets: 877be may void any bet where a pricing error, data feed failure, system error or obvious mistake is identified. Void bets are returned to your Balance at the original stake value.
• Event Cancellations: If an event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required play has occurred, all pre-match bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Sport-specific rules govern what constitutes the minimum required play.
• Results: The official result as declared by the relevant governing body — PCB, ICC, FIFA, UFC or equivalent — will be used for settlement purposes. 877be reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 877be platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Opening, operating or benefiting from more than one account (multi-accounting).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with the platform or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or system vulnerabilities — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Systematic bonus abuse, including the use of multiple identities or coordinated account activity to claim the same promotion multiple times.
• Colluding with other players on the platform to gain an unfair advantage in any casino or card game.
• Using the platform in connection with any money laundering, financial crime, fraud or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws.
• Depositing funds from payment sources not registered in your own name or engaging in any third-party payment arrangement.
• Accessing the platform via a VPN, proxy or anonymising service to circumvent geographic restrictions applicable to your location.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or use of privileged inside information to gain an unfair advantage on sports betting markets.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction after the corresponding funds have been wagered on the platform.

All content on the 877be platform — including but not limited to the 877be brand name, logo, domain, website design, software, text, graphics, images, video content, odds data, game mechanics, audio elements and the overall platform architecture — is the exclusive property of 877be or its licensed content and technology providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or broadcast any platform content without prior written consent from 877be.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform software.
• Use any 877be branding, logo or trademark in any manner that implies affiliation, endorsement or partnership without explicit written approval.
• Scrape, crawl or systematically extract odds data, game content or any other proprietary information from the platform.

Any unauthorised use of 877be intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark and database rights. 877be reserves the right to take legal action to enforce its intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 877be, its officers, directors, employees, agents, technology providers and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits or revenue resulting from platform downtime, technical errors or data feed failures.
• Any delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access where the User has failed to maintain reasonable credential security.
• Interruption of service caused by factors outside 877be's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures, ISP restrictions, force majeure events or government-directed service blocks.
• Decisions made by the User in reliance on information provided on the platform that does not constitute professional financial, legal or gambling advice.

In jurisdictions where a total exclusion of liability is not permitted, 877be's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to the platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 877be's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

877be is firmly committed to responsible gambling. Gambling should be an enjoyable entertainment activity. If gambling stops being fun or begins to affect your finances, relationships or mental wellbeing, it has become a problem that requires attention.

All registered Users have direct access to the following responsible gambling tools via their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss permitted over a chosen period. Once the limit is reached, further real-money play is paused until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after a defined duration of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up messages displaying time elapsed and net session result, prompting you to reassess before continuing.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During this period, login access is blocked and all marketing communications are suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Apply for a minimum 6-month or permanent self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause.

Termination by the User:

• You may request account closure at any time by contacting 877be support via the platform's Help Centre or live-chat function.
• Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money Balance. Balances remaining after account closure that cannot be returned due to inactive payment methods will be held for a period of 12 months before being considered dormant.
• Account closure does not cancel any pending bets placed prior to the closure request. Pending bets will be settled according to normal rules and any resulting balance returned to you.

Termination by 877be:

• 877be reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, where a breach of these Terms is identified or suspected.
• Where an account is closed due to a proven breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, multi-accounting or money laundering — any Balance attributable to the prohibited conduct may be forfeited.
• Where account closure is for administrative or commercial reasons unrelated to User misconduct, any verifiable real-money Balance will be returned to the User following completion of applicable KYC checks.

Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution and governing law survive termination of this Agreement and continue in full force and effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 877be holds its international gaming licence, as specified in the platform's official legal documentation. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

877be operates as an international gaming platform and does not make any representation that its services are appropriate or lawful for use in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. Pakistani users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, before accessing the platform.

Dispute Resolution Process:

• Step 1 — Internal Resolution: Contact 877be support via the Help Centre or live-chat function with a clear description of your dispute, your account details and the relevant bet or transaction references. 877be will endeavour to resolve all internal disputes within 10 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal resolution, you may escalate to the relevant dispute resolution body specified in the platform's licensing documentation.
• Step 3 — External ADR: Where an external Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service is available under the applicable licence, you retain the right to refer unresolved complaints to that body in accordance with its published procedures.

877be reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — affecting User rights, eligibility criteria, bonus conditions or dispute resolution procedures — 877be will provide reasonable advance notice via:

• A prominent notice on the 877be homepage or login screen for a minimum of 7 days prior to the amendment taking effect.
• An email notification to the registered email address on file for active accounts where feasible.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page will be updated whenever a new version of these Terms is published. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Your continued use of the 877be platform after any updated Terms have been published and the notice period has expired constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and submit an account closure request before the revised Terms take effect.
